I have had three days of peace from my neighbors rumbling bass and this has meant that instead of doing art which I had an excuse to do while he was keeping me up at night, I am sleeping.  I will have more art to show later.  In the mean time, I will spend some time discussing an idea I had.

This came to me this morning as I was riding the yellow line to work as I typically do every morning and night to and from work.  I thought it would be nice if someone were to organize a group of artists to redo the interior of one car in each train at least once each month.  This renovation could be as drastic as switching the seating arrangements around inside and painting the interior some bizarre color, or just placing a lifelike statue inside on one of the seats assuming a typical pose.

This would mix things up and serve as a much needed breath of fresh air on the crowded subway lines in the morning.
